Does anyone here have MGS2:S (Xbox)?

I need some help...
How the **** do I complete the "eliminate all--- Grenade" mission? The one with the 4 guards patrolling the office room in front of the main hold doors on Arsenal Gear? I can't get close enough to them without getting spotted...

I'm at 98.2% completion... Should you need any help I'm best contacted Via ZCN or here is fine but the response may take a while...

To unlock casting just beat the story mode 1 time in any difficulty.

Let me know if you haven't found that bomb yet.
