Final Fantasy is a close second, and the only reason I chose Zelda over it is because FF isnt really a series, so much as it is a bunch of different RPGs with similar systems bearing the same name, while Zelda is a true series.

Yeah, but, I wasn't all that impressed with FFX-2. :shrugani:

I think that they could have done a whole lot better.

If I where to go by Janus's definition of a true series, it would be the original Mega Man (1-6) series on the NES.

I guess, then, we have to take into consideration the whole FFVII compendium (I think that's what they'er callin it), with Before Crisis, Advent Children, and Derge of Cerberus...

Though, I also meant the FF line as a whole ^_^

FF could have been great, but not all games are good in the series, so it doesnt get a place XD

I dunno, does Halo count as a series (there being only two games and all...)? Not that it really matters because its so awesome.... :thumbsup:

I personally like the Age of... series because it introduced me to RTS's. Plus Age of Mythology is pretty cool. :dpcool:

I'm a hardcore Might & Magic fan, I LOVE those games, can't get enough.. just too bad there's unlikely chances of ever being a Might & Magic X -_- (thank you crappy M&M IX developers..)
