I can assure you it's Latin, Infinity.  I took two years of the crap in high school, as well as read Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.  I don't make comments like that unless I'm sure of my facts.

As for the Spanish version, Y tu means and you in Spanish.

Never say never or always. In most cases, there is an exception to anything you can think of that you might use either word in. "Most likely" and "highly improbable" in a lot of those cases would ring true, but not never/always.

In Cuba they speak Spanish ;)  Maybe with a few variations but still... heh...
