Server OS Migration
« on: September 16, 2017, 04:45:00 PM »
In the coming week, I'll be working on getting all od GU's data backed up, in order to move to a newer OS. Shouldn't affect usage until the actual migration takes place, in which I'll be uploading the files back into place. In other words, we'll be using a fresh OS install, and I'll be installing the forum onto it from backup (which I'm making).
Never say never or always. In most cases, there is an exception to anything you can think of that you might use either word in. "Most likely" and "highly improbable" in a lot of those cases would ring true, but not never/always.

The tediousness of paperwork makes my eyes burn and head hurt. Yet it is a necessary evil we all share. I like swords. Swords are simple. They aren't confusing or evil. Just straight forward implements of death. Have a nice day. ~GW

Yes, it's done. Please let me know if any glitches show up. I have a bunch of things going on right now, and I forget to check in, sometimes. Really need to work on my memory. :/
