Not sure. I didn't add many hacks though, the topic rating is already a feature, the better Code buttons are already fine in vBulletin, whos online on top is not even really a hack, the RPG thing I may add it again, I may not. So I'll see about the hacks later.

Hmm.. I still think Invision would be a superior choice. I will go wither way, VB is good. It's just with AGN's recent problem, I'm thinking we never want that to happen to us!

The forums will be changing to vBulletin soon. It's a more superior software compared to Ikonboard. Member files and posts are being converted so there will be no loss of data. It is possible old post have broken images and such but other then that it should work fine. I need to wait a week or 2 before I get my credit card and the convertor should be ready by that time too. To convert the database I first need to change the current database to the MySQL one. To ensure everything goes smoothly I will be uninstalling hacks (there are not many though) so don't be surprised if you suddenly don't see topic ratings and RPG stats anymore. Once I've done that I can convert the database to the vBulletin one. The reason for changing forum software is because vBulletin uses PHP and MySQL which is faster, it has more features by default for both users and administation and it has many hacks available so I can implement many additional features. Anyway just letting you all know what I'm up too.

VB does seem to be better that this. Similiarly Thst seems to be better that UBB. I've seen less bugs and shorter waits in the 2 VB site I go to than in here.

I don't care, as long as we don't get stingy with our custom avs.

I suggest you use BB coded forum.  It's VERY good.  And I THINK the first edition, (not the second), is free.  It's what Awanime servers use.  VERY good.

Also with hacks unistalled IC will be gone, it will probaby not be coming back for the fact that as we get busier, it gets harder to assign, esp if the admins get busy (like now at the end of the semester, and then I'm going out of town for a while).

So from here forward, I will not be assigning anymore IC, those who have more then 50 IC, PM me.

Well the Ikonboard 3 convertor is out: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum....d=45347. Now I have to wait a few more days before I can get my credit card.

Poll problem solved. I emptied all data in the tables related to polls, deleted all topics that had polls (a handfull so not really a losss) and disabled posting polls untill the switch. I also deleted all topic links.

I switched to MySQL now. It seems to work fine except those stupid polls again. Oh well the rest is fine. http://www.forums.thegaminguniverse.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/shrugani.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

Edit: But now I use MySQL I can easily remove those. I'll do that in the next few days.

And yet the RPG hacks are gone. Oh well, they just take up valuable space anyways.

Check your PM box. In mine every PM was duplicated. That goes also for the sent items folder.
